Refund Transit Balance
☑️ Refund Transit Balance - When refunding transit balance, the requested amount will be refunded to your Pay balance. - You can request a refund up to KRW 30,000 per transaction. - Refund requests can be made up to 5 times per month (from the 1st to the last day of the current month). - A refund fee of KRW 500 will be charged per request. - Refund Amount = Requested Refund Amount – KRW 500 fees |
✅ How to Refund
[1] Go to [NAMANE App > Wallet] and open the Transit Card tab.
[2] On the Transit Card screen, tap [Refund].
[3] On the Refund page, enter the refund amount and tap [Next].
[4] Review the refund details and tap [Confirm].
[5] Tag your transit card on the NFC sensor to complete the refund.
[6] Check the refunded amount in your Pay balance.
